How to cook the perfect steak at home

We were challenged to find a brand new product for a  tv shopping channel. First, we identified a problem in the home worth solving. We identified the issues preventing consumers from cooking the perfect steak and then created a tool which guaranteed fail-safe results.

 
In every case the team provided insight and direction that was beyond what could have been achieved using the in-house resource as we sought to achieve step change versus the traditional incremental developments.

New range creation 

Adifference were challenged to create a new high value range of products for B&Q's Mac Allister range within a very tight time frame.

Within six months, Adifference had created a new styling language and applied it to a range of 12 products.

A new fishing tool removes knots

To recreate a machine that had two tons of force, cost thousands of dollars, weighed 50 kg with an accuracy .05 of a millimetre Adifferance delivered a hand tool that weighed 800g and sold for 100 dollars.
